Haters gonna hate...
You know, funny thing is, all the haters have very valid points, about our sub standard pay, poor benefits, area's lacking in our contract...
But so what? So what? It is what it is, and I have a job that provides for my family and works for me. Thats what matters.
Carry on haters, keep on hating, while I keep moving forward in my life. If nothing else, you provide for good entertainment, especially Face Biter.

When I posted the information this was done as a warning to those in training and those going back to training. All of a sudden the Mesa cheerleaders start posting -this guy is a liar, Mesa does this, Mesa does that, they need people, will hire anyone, etc. Heaven forbid anyone says watch out guys Mesa is failing people so watch your back.
By some of you guys' very post it tells me you haven't been at the school house in a while like I was recently for recurrent. If guys are having trouble filling out a told card who's training is being reflected, or lack of training?
You guys hear about the guys that failed aqp and Mesa terminated them? The only reason they still work here is because the union filed grievances/protested.
New hires like my bud its' a whole different story. I verified the story he told me and the guy was given a very bad deal. His sim partner was severely lacking so they terminate them both saying that he lacks CRM skills when the instructor told him not to help his partner because the guy has to know his profiles and callouts and has to demonstrate that.
Yea I get on this forum just to lie unabashedly about my employer, make stuff up and make the company look bad. (Sarcasm) However I will call a turd a turd, and again, whether people believe this or not go in with your eyes wide open, things around the training center has changed, so it's best everyone has a heads up.
