But in reality one rate across the board will not allow EMB captains to bid back to the CRJ. As of right now I could via the contract, bid the CRJ right after receiving the EMB type. Since Mesa has a higher pay scale for our 79 seat CRJ's in CLT. At anytime that your not seat locked you can bid into a higher paying aircraft. I think management is looking at this for future training cost's and want to shut that door. Slats your right though, as long as pilots are showing up to class they don't give a ****. And they're showing up, not just wet ATP's either, a lot of experienced 121 people as well.
36 month equipment lock for newly upgraded CAs though

Very quiet Mesa thread lately.
Any truth to this?

Mesa isn't getting anything if the rumors are true of United pulling the plug on their 175 contract...

Why don't we just wait and see? Then, instead of posting APC speculation and name calling, we can use the energy we saved to make the world a better place. Now, go. Give a dollar to a homeless person. Help a turtle cross the road. Put your bag in the bag room rather than next to the couch.

175 flying starts tomorrow in IAH. Mesa has 3 planes up and running and apparently with crews to fly them. Let's see how this next week goes before we speculate too much.

Wow RV5M...looks like I pressed your most sensitive button!
I was just trying to find out if there was any truth to the post (and I hope there isn't) as I am in the process of deciding where to start my 121 career.
But your answer is a little worrisome.
Peace brother!

You're taking half of a quote out of context and pasting it into another forum with no background information and asking if its true?

Our E175 program has been completed and added to the certificate with no hiccups.

If anything, that is the opposite of the truth, look for Mesa to get more E175 flying.
