DFW has flights everywhere. Only downside is it's largely AA flying so you'll be behind all the AA/US/AE pilots for the jumpseat.

I would have thought that pilots on the property would have wanted to bid that Jet. Why is it new hires are being placed into the E175?

Because captains can't cross-bid. You can only be hired or upgrade into it.

FO's can't switch equipment until upgrade. Captains either but union is fighting that right now.

Really.......

So it may take a new hire in E175 longer than other aircraft to upgrade is how it appears.

Just saw an article on Flight Global posted yesterday that says Mesa has acquired four 900s from Alitalia.
