To me,(especially with the latest news of the increase in your cost for health benefits), I don't see how anyone with a (good)conscience could have anything even remotely nice to say about Mesa. Even Commutair just got a fantastic offer from their management including large increases across the board! Isn't it overdue for your management to do the same?
This place is still better than Republic.

The UsAir schedules have taken a sh*t post 117.

Meanwhile our IAD/United schedules are still pretty good.

I think a lot of guys do a huge disservice by saying this regional is better than that regional ....yatta yatta.

How are you qualified to make those judgement calls? Because your flight school buddy says this and that, so clearly your regional is better/worse than theirs? I don't think so.

The only ones who should actually be comparing regionals and making statements on which are better, are people like myself who have actually been employed at each.

We are paid so low? How about a 77 cent difference between MAG and RAH, which at the end of the day I still make more here because of block or better and cancellation pay.

The haters sure come out of the woodwork when a place starts rapidly expanding with a bright future.

For a ****-hole like Mesa? That's amazing.

Yeah, uh, not a "hater"... Just think there are better choices, and wasn't suggesting RAH as one of those better choices either!

P.S. It would be in your best interest not to falsely encourage new hires to work for JO, because he might have to come to the table with a better deal for you(look what just happened with CommutAir), instead of trying to hose you guys with higher health care costs!

If you're senior in you're class, you can expect CLT, otherwise you'll most likely get IAD. ORD is the second most senior base.

How is class seniority determined? Age/SS number/other factor?

Hmmm, stop operations that lose money, do more stuff that makes money. Sounds like a solid business model. Where can I buy stock?

No one is leaving, just 2-3 per month. The 80 ahead of him are the 25 aircraft deliveries in 2014...not 25 swap outs.

I've heard the only way to get an interview is through an internal rec, but then also heard the interview is over the phone and basic. Any truth to either of these?
