I do not usually post on forums, but read them as entertainment. I have to chime in on this one. First of all ALPA and the Teamsters is to blame for all of this non-sense. If ALPA and the Teamsters represented the Regional Pilot as they should, we would all be making a lot more money. The BS of the teamsters filing a law suit over hiring bonuses is just is outright stupid. Those idiots are making a good wage while new hires are on food stamps. Second: I worked at Mesa for six years and can say that they are the worst company I have ever worked for. I quit after six years as a somewhat Senior Captain. I could not go to work with a conscious working for such a company. I vividly remember having a conversation with our MEC Rep. about the contract in 2003. I told him that ALPA will cave in and not get our pilot group a raise. All I wanted was a better scheduling considering that I was in the top 20% of the pilot group. He stated that he did not think that was going to happen. Why? I was willing to work hard at work but wanted more than 11 days off as a line holder. They are bunch of self serving weasels. Everyone in this Industry needs to grow a set!! You could make more money selling cars.

Are you one of those XJet FOs who tells everyone you're a United pilot, then looks over your shoulder to make sure there are no actual United pilots within earshot? (insert crying laughing emojii)

Why would you choose a screen name that implies to everyone you're a CAL 757 guy?

The only people that truly know what it is like to work at Mesa are current employees, and none of them you see complaining on these forums. Food for thought...

What about my 3rd year Captain pay check versus yours? If I read our contract correctly, it's almost $10k more a year to fly 50 seaters.
