I told him that ALPA will cave in and not get our pilot group a raise. All I wanted was a better scheduling considering that I was in the top 20% of the pilot group. He stated that he did not think that was going to happen. Why? I was willing to work hard at work but wanted more than 11 days off as a line holder. They are bunch of self serving weasels. Everyone in this Industry needs to grow a set!! You could make more money selling cars.
