I would be pretty embarrassed if my name was anywhere attached to approving/negotiating this TA.
All those "Special thanks to..." union emails the last couple weeks are a joke.

Lets just say it's purely depressing to even think that people would vote yes to that, pending the TA is as advertised.

Sorry to hear that bruh.
Guys like prior121 were smart enough to get in on the leading edge and get sum. Then get out without even spending a few bucks on an egg mcmuffin in the morning.
Guys like you just learned a nasty lesson about "upgrade times". Forget that tasty mcmuffin, a few years down the road you'll be stuck paying for a few kids that don't even come close to matching your skin tone.
Don't hate da playa, hate da game. FB OUTTTTTTTTTT

"FO RATE INCREASED ALL TYPES (YEARS 2-9)"
Where are you getting 1%? Where are you getting "slap in the face?"
There isn't a raise specified, because it is much higher than 1%.
They just didn't have space to type out the specific raise for each of those eight years in the exec summary.
Chilllllllll.

This is essentially an extension of our current contract with some very minor scheduling tweaks, which really aren't even QOL improvements.
