The CRJ Captain side is full of lifers. The Ejet side is full of relatively young and hungry Captains with ambitions for better airlines who would and are moving on to Spirit/Virgin/JetBlue/Atlas/Southwest/United/Delta/American at their earliest opportunity.

And this right here is why we can't fill crj classes. Common sense. Crj right now is long time reserve

Uh, lifer CRJ captains and long CRJ FO reserve have nothing to do with each other.

You can't fill CRJ classes because people can fly them anywhere else and make a lot more money. The only reason Mesa can fill ERJ classes is SJS.

Sorry for the misunderstanding lol. I was refering to why we cant fill crj upgrade classes.

I'm not hungry--I'm thirsty for Southwest/FDX. Like, as in...well if you're under 35 you prob know what I mean...and if you don't, that's fine: you're probably one of those CLT guys who upgraded right at 1,000 hours airline time and you don't know what a DM or a SnapChat or a Kik is.

FDX is below AA on my list, and AA is pretty darn low.
