Sick calls for which you have time in your bank are covered pay wise, but flica will show a reduction in credit. That's because flica doesn't know anything about a line guarantee. It only shows what you were scheduled, and what you actually flew; not necessarily what you get paid.

Sick time pays your sick call. Not enough time to cover what you called out? You don't get paid it.

Yea people need to stop looking at flica as an indication of their pay. That's what rainmaker is for.

Unlike cancellations, sick calls do not cancel out overblock.

Well color me surprised! I didn't think the industry was quite yet to the point of seeing fairly quick upgrades at the west coast regionals. The is definitely a good sign.

Uh, it's below 2 years Holmes. Guys from my 7/14 class are being awarded upgrades as soon as they hit their 1000 hrs.

If you look at the post I was quoting, I was referring to the Skywest upgrade.
