Like you, I have no intention of staying here any longer than necessary. However, I have no intention of letting Mesa management slide another one in and leaving that legacy to future employees. It's time for this company to be paying and treating its employees the same as their counterparts. We've waited so long that to wait just a little longer while watching Mesa reluctantly man-up will be well worth it IMO.
