I doubt a many felt we are getting industry standard. I agree we had Mesa in a place where more would have been achieved, but in what timeframe.

Many did volunteer but did not like the dog and pony show and did not want to become poppets...

It wouldn’t have mattered if the company signed a contract for $60 for FO’s and $100 for CA’s..... the company would have(like they are currently) found a way either by challenging the definitions and language and eventually turned the deal in the company’s favor.
The pay was as close to standard(at the time) but the language is pure crap!!!

I am heard some say they like their schedule as it is and others say they just don’t want the responsibility. It is also clear some just don’t want to put the work in that is required to upgrade.
