So does that mean I can create a profile on here and tell you I'm a pointy nose guy or even make up a story about being a Harrier guy and you'll send me the SIR over an email? While the information assurance NAZI's haven't grasped the concept of privelige(SIRs are released on the unclass side generally in message traffic) perhaps you should TJ and let the SIR get to those who need to see it via official channels. Just because you have it emailed to you doesn't give you the authority to release it further via email or any other means unless for "official safety reasons". It would not be inconceivable to think that you passing along an SIR could make it to the hands of the media and completely discredit the USN/USMC SIR process in terms of safety. Don't take this as a lecture but moreover, a lack of common sense.

Forums threads are posted with a lot of interpretation, that is just the way it is. If you have genuine concerns over my intentions, why not just PM me so I could make it more clear for you rather than ranting on your soap box.
