A World gone mad

That is not what the Constitution says. I posted what the Constitution says a few posts up. The founding fathers were against the government establishing a "state-sponsored (as you put it)" religion. What you see today is people getting "offended" at anything and everything and infringing on other people's freedoms of religion, expression, and speech. This has to stop. All Americans have the freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution, not just a select few.

Good one. Which holiday do the Satanists celebrate that would cause them to write cards to soldiers? Muslims want to hand out Ramadan cards at the VA? Great. No problem with me.
not being a Satanist, I don't know when/what they Celebrate, but when they do, I bet it's freakishly epic
Uh, have you read the Constitution of the United States? Go read it then tell me which chapter and verse mentions "separation of Church and State."
you are correct, I was paraphrasing the verse "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof..." The actual wording is better than my paraphrase. My constitutional history may be off, but I believe the SCOTUS has used Jeffersons and Madison's personal writings to determine intent, and that intent was "separation of church and state"
Word.

Who is stopping freedom of religion, expression, and speech?
Wanna put a giant inflatable baby Jesus in your front yard, go ahead.
Wanna stand in your synagogues front yard and hand out leaflets, go ahead.
Wanna build a mosque near Ground Zero, go ahe.....oh hold on there
But if you want to do all of that on US Government property or with tax money, that is against the law--see the difference.
So if someone is offended that someone else was offended because they've always had baby Jesus on the AFB but now they can't, well, that's just the Constitution catching up with us.

Beastiality or Zoophilia is pretty much condemned by all religions. We were founded as a Judao-Christian society, so you're saying that Judaism and or Christianity permit the following behavior?
Umm, your vantage point of the world and other people/religions/cultures needs maturing, dear sir.
