NetJets Hiring Process
#621
Pay varies a lot, and the ones who make lots of money at NJA sacrifice lots of time off to do so. I try to work 12-14 days a month at Alaska which is about the max I worked at NJA (7/7). I don稚 know how anyone stomachs 18+ days a month of work anywhere, especially NJA. That being said the pay has improved quite a bit at NJA which is good. 3 friends from my NJA new hire class left to SWA and among other reasons, are happy they made the move financially.

Third year FO on the Phenom 7&7 only. I知 at 62,000 so far this year and I知 estimating I値l make 130k-140k this year. Not sure how that stacks up to airline guys third year but it痴 great pay on the 135/ fractional side.

My process was different due to COVID delaying me over a year between phone and Skype but it was roughly a week between Skype and in-person interviews. Just got the TBNT phone call this afternoon after my in-person interview earlier this week. Definitely disappointing as I felt I'd done well in person and QS has been the goal for quite a long time but obviously they saw something in me that they felt I wouldn't be a good fit for them. Best of luck to all the others who have applied!

We have a great group of recruiters that are working crazy hours to get through the stack. Best of luck.

It was a simple TBNT. I was a bit too rattled to ask for immediate feedback and just embarrassed enough to want to get off the phone ASAP. Thankfully I've got another position lined up with another great company I'm excited about so it's not absolutely soul crushing but still a disappointment. Getting turned down never feels good but things seem to work out the way they're supposed to. I'm just going to let it go for now and potentially re-visit it in the future.
