There is currently a wait line for thousands of new Owners to join our program.
Everything can and does change in this business but right now, to the horizon things look good.
There is still a tremendous need for airplane and pilots at NetJets and it looks like that will continue well into the foreseeable future.

Post 2009, the business plan and fleet acquisition/staffing model was completely redone. Also add FDP and it’s shock absorber effects on staffing in a downturn…
Different animal now my friend.
Show me most airlines and I can point to multiple furloughs.

Seniority
Hello everyone,
Thank you in advance for a response! I recently got hired by NetJets for the May 16th class and excited about the new journey. I have two questions:1. How is seniority established in the class for training (social/age)? 2. In the 121 world seniority helps get you days off and a specific schedule...at NetJets is seniority primarily just used to get you vacation time and what days that you start for a 7/7 or 8/6? Thank you!

Welcome to NetJets. I just completed my 1st year and couldn't be happier with my decision to come here.

Congratulations to mdrigger on the new job! Someone else in your May 16th class just posted in another NJ thread looking for classmates. You should get in contact with each other.
And congratulations to Das Auto for completion of Year 1 and release from probation! You’re no longer a “new-hire”. In the words of my son, a West Point grad…you’re now part of the long gray line. Or in the case of NJ, perhaps the long gold (tie) line???
And congratulations to Das Auto for completion of Year 1 and release from probation! You’re no longer a “new-hire”. In the words of my son, a West Point grad…you’re now part of the long gray line. Or in the case of NJ, perhaps the long gold (tie) line???
