Full pay from day one at Netjets. They pay for your hotel and per diem during all training also unless you live and base in CMH.

Most believe that the 350 ends up paying the most. When the company shared the average flight hours per day, the 350 was pretty much always the highest. Since everyone gets the same flight duty pay rate and because that is based on all flying over 10 hours in a flight trip, the more flight hours you can cram in (and you have almost no control of the scheduling) the more you will make. A pilot that works a lot of days on the 350 is likely to make well over 60K just in flight duty pay regardless of seniority and regardless of if they are a captain or first year SIC. That pay could end up being an extra 50% on top of your base salary. Those who get assigned the XLS or Sovereign are likely to make half or less in FDP.

Very cool, Thanks for taking the time to write all that out! Seems like a win to me!

I believe that the claim from management in class last week was sometime in the late spring of 2025 with initial bids coming late this year for the first pilots.
