Starts off with a phone interview, get past that and they'll fly you to CMH for the in-person interview. Neither should be confrontational, just be prepared to answer some TMAAT questions. You'll be given the opportunity to ask questions as well.
If you're successful on day 1, you'll be invited to a sim eval on day 2. I don't have any gouge on that, but I think you'll find the whole process fairly easy going.

I get where FlyLow is coming from, it is far from a slave ship, my tours, Gods grace, on the 7 day have actually been quite good lately, with the F bomb always held ready in reserve if need be , a nice mix of flying everything from KORD, to Provo, it's the best hiring boom in a generation, be happy.
I need to build some more multi and fixed wing time, but that is what my end goal is, or a similar company.
Thanks

It's going to depend on 963.4 factors few people have any control over. Keep plugging away at meeting the mins keeping in mind that if you're qualified for NJA, you're qualified for other companies as well.

If NJA is your goal I think you should be good to go. Your ID badge will get you a free drink at City BBQ FYI. The 'Mo Cowbell' is to die for.

Every time I get a pretty view from the cockpit I send Uncle Warren a hundo. I don't think its fair to get paid that much with my office views. When my kids cry as I leave I just show them photos of mountains at 450 and they are like "Its cool dad, have a good tour"
