Company provided iPhone and iPad, both issued to the pilot not the plane. Strongly discouraged from using it as a personal phone, especially on probation. Most of us carry 2 phones (and two tablets).

Congrats! Your patience may very well be tested. I hope the wait isn't too long.

In recurrent Monday they said no growth planned for next 3 years. New hire class in Nov will have 5 pilots and hiring about 80 next year total. Doesn't make a lot of sense considering we just lost 100 in the VSP and normal attrition but what do I know.

Phone and Ipad are for company use only. I was the victim of a pilot review board last year for calling my family while international for 3 days. How dare I!!!

I'm an FO who's been here over a decade, and still can't get into a Gulfstream or Falcon right seat. Guys in my seniority have been able to get the Challenger 350 or new Latitude, but that's the biggest thing I've seen.

Wasn't that part of Sokol's plan... stay smaller a nimble.ie no real growth..

I remember factoring that in my decision to leave. I vagly remember counting the orders and disposal plans and having an "aha" moment.

Unfortunately NJA is missing the economic cycle this time around, and passing up on some growth opportunities. The next recession is just a few years away and will add to continued no growth plan.

That sucks. I used my Netjets phone all the time while international for personal calls. They didn't care at all back then.

CPM and ACP say OK to call home while Int'l but can not exceed 4 minutes per day.

Base question - if you're based in MCO, does that mean you trip starts and end there?

Question about the CC schedule - are those available based on seniority? Can a new hire pick any CC option available?

What is the latest on upgrade time?

1. Yes
2. Generally, a new hire will be on the CC72 schedule and pay (training schedule for a bit) until at least October following their hire date. I haven't heard of anyone not able to get that schedule, but the CC60 and CC52 will probably be seniority restricted in some fleets.
3. Long enough to not really matter; currently, well into the second decade of longevity and climbing.
