Congrats guys. I just finished up the first official new hire class wich started 2/9. I may do a write up but honestly there isn't anything that will catch anyone off guard. I head back for aircraft training so I will be around for the 3/9 class. If anyone needs any help, has any questions or wants to grab food, shoot me a message. Our indoc class pretty much took over the hotel lobby with pizza and beers several times while we were in indoc. I suspect since 90% of the class is coming right back to CMH for aircraft training, we will be doing that again so if you see a group of guys/girls having fun in the lobby it's probably us.

How long is the time off after Indoc? And, does NetJets issue headsets or do you have to bring your own?
See you soon

The time off after indoc will vary based on what aircraft you train on. We are all getting about a week. The aircraft are supplied with headsets but it sounds like most bring their own. The QC15/uflymike combo seems to be the most popular and that's what I will be using as well.

What is a real first year W2 look like at NetJets? I'm trying to figure out what it is really like with the over time and the fact that you don't have to pay for health insurance. (Not including per diem)
Thanks.
Thanks.

The company average is about 10 percent above base salary but it varies wildly based on holidays worked, after midnights and hourly overtime.
