As I recall, military flying doesn't count towards your civilian limits by law. I flew a ton in my Navy Reserve C-9 squadron while usually maxing out at the airline.

Hi all

is the NetJets salary paid in Ohio since that is where the HQ are? And how does it work with the tax if you live in another state?

You are taxed wherever you reside.

The only state I know of that doesn't do that is California. The collect income tax on the flying you do within the state borders regardless of where you live.
