So have you heard anything about hiring? Numbers, timeline, etc? Are they even hiring anyone? I'll be satisfied with rumors if that's all you have.

They are definitely hiring. It's tough but just be patient. I think the sim training backlog is the biggest reason for the delays. At my interview they said the target number for this year was 185 newhires. Who knows what'll happen, though

The recalls are complete so new hire classes should start ramping up a bit, the last class was a bit smaller. One month is a bit quick to hear anything, with a LOR maybe 3 months+ to work your way up the pile depending on your qualifications. We are being told we have 1000+ resumes on file. Hope that helps.

It took about a month and a half for me. I put my application in December 4th when the window was open for about three hours (I got lucky and was sitting in a recurrent class at my old airline when it opened) and I got the call for the phone interview mid-Janurary. In-person interview was February 25-26 (it was the first that worked with my schedule) and I just finished indoc last week (April 13th class). I did have an internal rec but there were guys in my indoc class who applied around the same time I did without internal recs and who got calls around the same time I did.
