Didn't mean the end of the last post as a threat, apologize if it was taken that way. Penairpilot, to question anybodies professionalism after the way you and a couple of your compatriots have presented yourself over the last few months is quite hypocritical. I wanted to meet with you to discuss your habit of trashing fellow pilots and representing yourself as someone your not to dicredit that person, calls into question your true motives. That is all. I could care if less you try to unionize or not, if you can and it improves things, more power to you. Good luck at Alaska or wherever. You still know me and the offer is open for a real conversation about isssues and not one wherre it is easy to hide beind an anonymous forum and say things without the courage to back them up face to face.

UKNOWME please STOP preaching about professionalism, you have three posts on this thread and one has already been deleted due to your lack of professionalism. Management is rife with people that have a similar attitude to yours and that is why so many are unhappy right now. You want to know who PENAIRPILOT is but you are not willing to identify yourself. Yes, you have implied who you might be, but never said who you are, and the true is I don't care to know. This forum allows anyone to speak there mind without fear of reprisal, without that protect how can we have an open and honest discussion as to the current state of affairs at Pen Air.

You didn't read the post so you don't know what it said. I just didn't understand the rules. All I was trying to do was defend myself against possible future slander by you and others. Again, let's discuss your actions in person, no threats just open dialogue with no hiding behind aliases, c'mon if you ave valid points, than you should be willing. None of your points have been made. You did make a statement at one time how the company would be sorry for their actions last summer, is this how you are attempting to follow through on your threats?

Hey fly or die, you are absolutley right and I am guilty as well. Seriously, thanks for bringing me back to some level of realization. To all who read this, again you know who I am and what I do. I didn't and don't agree with all of the decisions that management makes concerning running this company. I know I have made many mistakes in my actions in the various positions I have held. I disagreed with some of the firing decisions last summer and I know people got screwed. I let myself become intwined in the bitterness exhibited on the forum and I feel badly about that. This will be my last post, just know that I truly want the best for PenAir and it's pilots, because even if I don't fly the line anymore I did for a long time and count most of you guys as my friends. Take care, fly safe and try to be nice to your fellow pilots. RCT

A few years ago, someone that worked the ramp for over ten years decides that he wants to fly for the company. He is a FO in the Caravan and on the side teaches deicing and hazmat to pilots and rampers. He is scheduled for recurrent, but the company decides that he is needed to teach a ground class in some out station. So he misses his recurrent (Because the company told him to), summer rolls around and guess what? No more classes. He had mentioned it to PL and BC, but he was not persistent about it. You know this story you were there………..So why did he spend his summer on the ramp? Mostly because of PL’s incompetence. But this is overall management incompetence. If I paid someone to manage and schedule recurrent class, they would be held responsible. All of management pinned it against the employee to cover managements butt. In a real airline PL would have been held accountable. Why is this incompetence allowed to continue? You are one of the very few in management that I actually consider intelligent and capable. Please change this incompetent behavior and hold MANAGEMENT accountable for their actions. This is only one example, you know there are many, many others.
