Honestly dont know. Im assuming because it's all fairly new flying, they dont have the data to go back and make average trip times. Some routes in FL that are newer don't have GI, Orlando-Marsh Harbor for example. I may be wrong though.

Not block time. Flight time.
Block time: Brake release-Brake set Out to In
Flight Time: From the GPS. 30 kts-30kts (I think) Off to On

That's flight time, sounds like they were saying start of block time is when you drop the brake.

They got acars on those saabs? Used to be out on time, and call ten early for us. The q sucks with this acars junk. And yes I know how to change the times!

Careful with that. Eagle has fired pilots for messing with ACARS times.

I don't do it, was just stating that I knoW how to, as I was expecting people to tell me that you can do it. I just code the delay honestly, as it's pretty much never on the crew!

To get rid of some confusion; block times consist of out, off, on, and in. Green incentive goes off off and on, which is recorded by the GPS. block is from out to in, which is called by the crew. Prior to break release to break set.

Green incentive isn't applied to Montana or new routes because when it was negotiated, it only applied to current routes, not any new ones.

Hey, I have a June 26th interview...trying to cram at work every chance I get. I read the gouges on Willflyforfood, are they still good to use? Also, I'm freaking out about the ATP written part...so what chapters would be good to focus on studying? Can I expect any performance or 121 regs about who can do what landing at airports depending on Capt's flight times in make/model? # of FA's required, performance (T/O, landing, XCountry)...those type of questions?

If anyone has very useful info on the interview (which I'm guessing is going to be for Capt), please forward to me...I'm unable to send PM's since I just joined.

How long does it usually take to know the results of the interview and get a class date? I read someone waited 2 months... I'm dying to quit my job!

Thanks to all in advance and congrats to those who passed!

Brother, you're not missing much. I fly there every day, twice a day...you can hardly get to cross the ramp without an escort, they scrutinize you for everything and sometimes I'm pretty damn sure they're out to get me. Then again, I have a problem with commies trying to tell me what to do.

Get Sheppard Air test prep for your ATP written. I promise you won't regret it for a second! If you could just study over the weekend you will do great if you follow Sheppard's instructions.
