So...

Got a call for an interview today. Any heads-up on the written test or the sim ride would be greatly appreciated, I need all the input I can get! Feel free to PM.

Many thanks!

Study the ATP common questions, a lot of 121 guys failed the exam cause it has a lot if common instrument written exams questions that 121 pilots don't ever use. Pretty basic stuff just not used everyday so easily forgotten

Good luck .

How many thousands of pilots to those places have, we have what, 250 or so? A lot of guys on reserve with decent seniority is ridiculous.

Flitestar, you wanted help, so here goes. Stay away if you have other options.

Would you rather the company have furloughed??

I'm glad the company was willing to just increase the reserve levels for the short term. Extra reserves around the holidays and in the winter months are never bad things to have at your disposal when the weather gets crappy.

Curious, if your recommendation to others is to stay away, why haven't you left?

Decent seniority is subjective the guys that want to be FL based have to decide what's more important to them flying or living in FL? There has been a couple of chances to switch bases if people wanted to head north and fly.

Well said and I completely agree. Silver is not the best deal and not the worst. Just like EVERYTHING in life it is all what you make of it. If you don't like it here then don't let the door hit you where the good lord split yah!

Take those negative waves somewhere else!

Ridiculous is what happen to those 20 year guys at Comair who just tried to help the industry.

Ridiculous is NOT semi senior guys sitting reserve, home based, on the beach in sunny Florida making guarantee.

Perfect, no, ridiculous not even close.
