Whats in the LOA?

Nothing fun if you value money, QOL, or sanity while on reserve. Otherwise there's some good stuff.

Since lots of guys never think they'll be on reserve it'll get approved.

LOA info out.

Where can I see it?

Reserve looks like you're gonna be Andy Dufresne at Shawshank fighting off The Sisters. Everything else, pretty good overall.

Seriously, 18 consecutive days on reserve every month? Commuting in the early days of your time here looks damn near impossible with that schedule. Upgrading is gonna be a real ***** when you have to go from lineholding to that.

In other news, looks like mgmt. has found another investor ready to throw money down this rathole. Maybe they are serious about expanding to IAH.

Pretty good overall?...... Hop on over to the SKW thread and look at the new SAPA agreement for BRO rates then let us know what you think about this.

That was the mindset at 9E years back. You won't be on reserve long, who cares? Then the music stopped and guys went years doing nothing but reserve.

Reserve rules matter. Nobody in their right mind is going to come here with reserve blocks being 18 days.

I'm thinking this is a no vote. Simply on the 18 day reserve block.

Why should you have to make any compromise at all? This is a cyclical business, right now the Pilots hold the cards. It won't always be so.
