What about someone that is single with a child? Are you better off just going to healthcare.gov and seeing what plan it spits out for you?

Remember, healthcare.gov has zero employer contributions. For the same coverage you can get through your employer, expect to see premiums nearly twice what you would pay through an employer sponsored plan.

I ran the numbers last year with Silver vs healthcare.gov and the numbers were heavily in favor of Silver. Couldn't justify the nearly doubled premium amount for almost the same coverage.

What are we talking per paycheck for a first year FO with a child?

And can someone share with us what a typical trip for a TPA based pilot would be like? Are most nights spent in the islands or are most spent in TPA?

I would really like to know how long an FO would be on RSV and if most trips overnight away from base. Or will a pilot need a crash pad? Also, how many guaranteed days off/month.

Just submitted my app online. For any recent hires how long does it usually take to hear back?

I thought TPA was closing according to new staffing bid coming out? Fll Mco and IAD I think are the new bases. Be interesting to see if TPA goes down if those lifers there will stay.
