So I am reposting my own post from april
Curious whats a typical schedule look like at Silver? Had a FA jumpseating and said all day trips but 6 legs? Gotta be brutal in the summer months in FL, though I cant imagine MCO-EYW being that rough. Genuinely curious

Day trips, 2 days , 3 days and 4 days trip. We have some days of 6 legs but is not everyday. Most of the times is 4 legs per day and is all depends how's the operation is running and specially with the summer weather in Florida and delays you could be extended and have 5 -6 legs but how I said is not everyday!

I live in Orlando and know how commuting sucks, I guess it's even worse from MCO.

My question:

Does it worth to go to silver and avoiding commuting or a regional with a better pay scale and schedule would be better?

I don't live that close to the airport (1 hour driving), so I would rather have 2-3 days trip instead of a day trip, is that possible at Silver?

Thank you guys

Great news for Florida/Caribbean travelers! The new ATRs should definitely help in alleviating Silver's on-time departure and Mx reliability issues, not to mention the ground level cabin temperature discomfort during the hot Florida summers

finally light at the end of the tunnel! At least those new airplanes should mitigate all the mx delays.

I am wondering what the recent news is at Silver?
Pay
Bases
Upgrade/Street Captains

PenAir's pay for the same fleet type is higher but not sure if that means anything?

I don't the hurricanes are helping much either. Seaborne might have nowhere to go?
