Wouldn't you rather go some place with better pay, contract, aircraft, flow, or history?
Pay isn't as great as other places I agree. The have a "flow" with Frontier which again for me would be in base (MCO). I'm open to suggestions. |

Not bad and being home every night is the best!!! |

I thought the 145s were just a rumor and it was dismissed.

And yes, all day trips out of Florida. That has its pros and cons. Pros: You come home every day. Since all of the pairings are just 1 day trips, it offers a lot more flexibility to change your schedule around. Cons: No per diem, our per diem starts at 9hrs. Impossible to commute to. Well, not impossible but they've made it extremely difficult as no one wants to spend 15 - 20 nights a month in a crash pad. As a matter of fact, there will be a small exodus of IAD pilots that are jumping ship come January. Most are commuters and a few live in base. I'll be among one of those. |

Jets, that's all we know. Jets are coming. It's been hinted that they'll be CRJs and our new DO is a CRJ guy. Other than that, no clue.
