Pay isn't as great as other places I agree. The have a "flow" with Frontier which again for me would be in base (MCO).

I'm open to suggestions.

I agree with you but it's a tradeoff. You are comparing the best QOL to the worst. Home every night living in base vs commuting to 3-4 day trips with hotels, crashpads, airport sits and begging for rides home. The tradeoff would be less money and no jet time for the resume so it depends on how highly you value QOL, family time and living a normal life. How long is the flow to Frontier?

Is next month the last month of iAd? Have there been any new hire classes lately? Anyone want to pm me with how their Skype interview went?

I've read so many remarks about Silver, but are they good to work for? I can keep commuting to ORD for SkyWest or drive the ten minutes it takes me to get to TPA.

If you're already at SkyWest why would you leave? You're taking a massive step back in pay and QOL if you end up going to Silver. Plenty of us have left Silver and moved on...

Living in base vs commuting.

If that's worth leaving SkyWest to fly a clapped out Saab and take a massive pay cut then by all means do it, but I have a feeling you'll have buyers remorse fairly quickly. Depending on the plane you're in it's pretty easy to get displaced and have most trips dropped and barely work, heck last month I worked 9 days and credited right around 85 hours. That'll take seniority and some luck to get, but that's beats the best day at silver even counting a crappy commute.
