FO pay is $34k - $45k depending on how close you are to 135.243 minimums. I find QoL great but that can vary between what people want. You work very very hard but are back in base almost every night, so if being home is important to you (and home is SJU or NYC area) then it’s a great gig. Schedule is 4/3, days off are bid by seniority (senior guys can hold Fri Sat Sun off, junior guys are Tues Wed Thur off with some variations, etc). There is still a training contract. $17,500 from date of hire until 1 year as a PIC, prorated slightly after 9 months as a PIC.

How feasible is it to say live in Atlanta and commute back and forth for those off days? If it is feasible, any airlines they are partnered with so you can fly back and forth for free?

Sadly this really isn’t a commutable job, simply because of how often you’re back in base. We have CASS with a very very limited amount of carriers and ZED on plenty, but it’s not reliable enough to commute if you ask me.
