Is the pay scale on APC for X current? One of the early posts on this thread said after the pay increase, first year FO’s made $78,000+/yr. on the 8/6 which is not adding up using APC’s pay scale. If it is not current does someone have the current one for FO’s and Captains? Also are CCR, OAK, SJC still in the picture for domiciles? I’ve seen all three in recent posts. Thank you in advance for any info!

Only way i can i think about that number is
If you are on 8/6 schedule thats avarage 17/18 days a month work .
Take 17 times 259.00 per day times 12 months. Out of the 30000.00 hiring bonus 5000 day 1 5000 after IOE 10000 end of first year , so ( 20000 first year ) Then 55.00 per diem per day times 17 days a month times 12 per year . This would come up to first year first officer pay 84056.00. Now there is tax on your pay and 20000 bonus .but not on per diem .

I think realistic first year FO pay is closer to 55-60. That said the APC scales are accurate. Figure working 16 days a month in calculating possible pay and add the 55/day per diem as well.
CCR/OAK are now a shared domicile - 95+% of this bases’s flying are from OAK. No more SJC.

“20 aircraft by early 2020.
100 by 2023 . As of september they have 14 ERJ135s.”
Anyone ask how they plan on doing that? I mean my regional could barely handle a few dozen ERJs, how and where are they going to fly 100 ERJs?

There also seems to be a plan on getting 100 planes. They’ve only had 8 in 2 or 3 years they’ve been operating. And the ERJs are almost 20 years old now.”
And actually I hear it’s fifteen, not fourteen aircraft as of this month. Some new routes and destinations continue to be opened (KBFI, KPHX). Imagine, all this in spite of the negativism and certainty of failure expressed here and elsewhere.
Seems like a good thing the hardworking folks at JSX and their obviously very happy customer base must not follow APC!

You obviously took it the wrong way. I asked because nobody really answered before. Again a few extra planes is nothing compared to 100. Just wondering if they’re saying how during the hiring events because that seems pretty ambitious knowing even regionals can barely staff and maintain those planes. I want them to have 100 that would be great.
