I've left these forums for a long time because of all the flame throwing and whining going on, it seems like nothing has changed. It's so easy for everyone to blindly log on to a forum to complain, but for those on here that are advocating for AMF/looking to come here, I would say this: the glass most certainly is half full, and everything is completely what you make of it. Some people (and it seems like most on this forum) aren't ever happy, and for that I'm sorry... I wish everyone could have the experience I've had here thus far. Good luck to you guys and gals, wherever you decide to go. Like I've always said on here, if anyone has any questions about AMF, I will give you my honest opinion in a PM. Please do not hesitate to contact me if there's anything I can do to help.

And you will finally get them via comail after flying the line with whatever you can scrounge up personally for at least a month. Ref 135.83(a)(3)

Yes. Although you may get an FO. Depends on which route you fly.

Yes, AMF issues the unrestricted type rating on the Metros. Most pilots who flew them in 121 ops in the 80s and 90s would most likely have an "SIC required" restriction on their type.
