Asking for a friend, would AMF sponsor a Visa for a foreign candidate (Kenya in his case)? He has a few thousand hours, an ATP, and has prior 135 PIC experience in a 208 in the US.

I have checked with our folks several times on this. Unless there has been a change in the past couple of weeks, at this time we are not able to do this. Sorry.

Yeah, we can only hire him if he already has a work visa.

Is about as close as you will get to what you want.
Cargo is a bit different in that routes/times are not 100% public/published due to competitive pressures and many customers are paying for the whole plane, so the exact schedule is considered to be sensitive information.

Additionally I was say that the map is not 100% accurate/current, as it is aviation, and things are in a constant state of change.

If he has worked in the US before, it should be easy for him to get a work visa, but on his own...
