Then in one year i can apply to a good regional that pay at least ($45h) I have an offer from Republic Airlines for that amount and minimum of (75h) a month guarantee once i get to 1450h. Second year at ($55h) plus $10.000 bonus with atp training and paid by them plus EMB190 rating for 1y minimum at signing.
Also, I do have an offer from Silver Airways at ($35h) for 1 year once I get to 1450h. They will pay me the CFi course and wait until the I get the minimum time then 1y contract, turbo prop rating and ATP paid by them..no bonus.

Cape Air is a good option too, nice company etc. But the payment is low 11 and 17 after ATP. The training is nice too but that training is no a base req to go to mayor and make good or decent money plus big turbine rating.
I will reply to Cape tomorrow and ask them if the can make it to 1y after 1500h and if they agree maybe I will sign the contract. If not I will get $4500 for my CFI and then go to Republic Airlines...if not then I'll go to Silver Airways.

It's a matter of time and money.
Its unfair to compare Cape Air, who pays by the DUTY hour, to a regional who pays by the FLIGHT hour.

It has been explained several pages back about the Cape Air work rules in regard to pay. But here is what is breaks down to...

You are paid the for what you are scheduled for the day, if you go outside of that scheduled time, because of delays or they ask you to start early or end late, that extra time is paid Overtime. All overtime is paid at 150%

If you work on a day off it is all paid at overtime.

You also get paid for double block time. Example: if you are scheduled for a 40 duty hour week but fly 25 hours you will be paid for 50 hours.

I am about to finish up 1 year as an FO, hired around 550TT and will make about 45k this year. Overtime is abundant, and I flew about 120 hours each month.

As a Captain you will make more than a first year regional. Average Captain first year pay is 79K and depending how much extra time you pick up you can make close to 100K year 1!

You say its a matter of "time and money" at Cape Air if you put in the time you will make the money.

Also the max you can fly 121 is 100 hours per month, 135 commuter allows 120 per month. You’ll get to higher total times much faster...

At Boutique (a scheduled 135 operator), I was paid by the flight hour, actually “block or better”, but that was generally 60% or less than my duty hours for that day, especially with mulitple legs being flown. (Work 12, get paid for 7 flight hours, block or better)
Cape Air sounds like a good deal, compared to Boutique!

I was on track to make about 40k my first year as a captain. I didn't pick up open shifts though. I wouldn't expect to make 70k unless you're planning on working 6 days a week, every week.

Your pay would have been significantly higher in 2016 on. Hell I made that as an FO/PIC, without hustling much.
