A question about TMC and some of the other marginal providers? Is there a "shakeout" going on in the charter / frac world? NetJets 2016 annual report showed a 19% reduction in outside charter. Another poster in the 135 world said that about 85% of their work was "fractional charter" that the origional Fractional Operator could not cover.
Are the Frac's tightening up their operations and therefore denying the 135 operators a significant portion of business?
Or is it that TMC is such a marginal provider that they are simply not competitive in the marketplace? All this growth and work going on and they are going to furlough, it seems odd.

I'm surprised they last this long without daddy Leigl. Without an unlimited $ pot to dip from to fix the multiple aircraft daily, this was bound to happen. Back in the day they had new engines already purchased ready to go if something broke. Now they are stealing parts off their own fleet. TPG came into this from a logistical approach only to find out how much of a nightmare they got themselves into....the writing is on the walls
