How much was the captain increase with this TA? The ALPA news letter said “modest increase”. I’m interested to know what they deem modest.

Is there a bullet point list of what's in the TA?

Basically Envoy CA rates. Besides year 1 and 2 it’s not much of an increase at all. Just compare what’s listed on this sites airline profiles.

Your negotiators were served by Lyle Hogg via F&H Solutions. Just as I warned you they would. Lyle and Jerry Glass of F&H were pros at dividing the USAir pilots for years. Glass got the pension and brought about the worst airline contract in history. They would love to get another notch in their belt with Piedmont.Jerry still on retainer at AA because Parker saw how easily Jerry crushes pilot negotiators.
Next time you pass a AA/ USAir pilot, bring up Jerry.
If you have any sense, in this day of pilot shortages, you will continue to kick their sub standard offers to the curb.$hitcanning the negotiators who brought you the deal is your first step.

According to the email today. October lines will have a new form of line building for efficiency etc..... if they can do that at will. Then why on earth would we vote for the concessions?

Really. Future negotiations? I’m weary of all the back room deals our brothers from MDT are blessing us with. What future deals? I thought negotiations were finished, over, kaput. Just a little sign here and a prince will transfer all the funds into your account. Trust us even though the company has not dealt in good faith EVER.

Nope!

No vote from me. Just on principle alone

This whole "a no vote will hurt company union relations, so keep that in mind for future progress" is to the far end of the BS scale. And not on the good side.

Screw em. They gave us a horrible deal. Not our problem!

"negotiators" is a stretch. That implies that they fight back, counter offer, etc

Rollover! Good boy!

I’m not voting yes for a bad TA in hopes of potential gains in the future.
