Ditto/Same/Agreed

They can find another way to make improvements without this garbage.

Voting is open. Mine was cast. If you don’t vote. Don’t complain.

No matter how this turns out we need to be united with the results in our struggle for gains

New TA is out.

I though there was going to be a fire during that conference call, as hard/fast as they were trying to polish that turd. [emoji849]

The TA clearly needs to be voted against.
The company SHOULD be paying BL for doing their job for them, better than they can. He is making pilots life slightly better and saving the company money, i.e more efficient scheduling.

But instead, they want to sell THAT to us as a benefit? And then ‘balance’ that benefit out with concessions?
They are going to have BL do their job for free regardless of the TA passing.

If that 5h JM isn’t a big deal, then why did the company want it?

Company originally wanted 6 hours.. let's be honest.. this company wants to run by junior mans and extensions instead of properly staffed.

If they ever get the training department figured out staffing wouldn’t be an issue.

The directive from management to scheduling is to try and use extensions and jrm as much as possible. Triple premium is to be avoided at all costs and requires director level approval.

As far as training? The are 30 more CA slot that just opened up in the current bid.... plus we are losing critical instructors right now and soe right now.

My entire time at PDT I have heard that proper staffing is right around the corner, and that the training backlog is being worked through. That backlog existed through the end of the Dash program, and has existed on the 145 since the programs conception. I came over early, and I sat for a long time. That has not changed.

Kinda like a desert where you see that "pool of water" mirage. Hate to break it to ya, there's no water. It's just more balls hot desert ahead.

Couple people from my class only had a 2 week wait for sims and others are going on 6 weeks and still waiting.

After systems, sure. How about indoc? All in all the process is LONG

My sim partner did Indoc in March and late June systems. So he’ll be close to the 6 month mark when it’s all said and done. Assuming we start in a week or so.
