New TA is out.
I though there was going to be a fire during that conference call, as hard/fast as they were trying to polish that turd. [emoji849]
The TA clearly needs to be voted against. The company SHOULD be paying BL for doing their job for them, better than they can. He is making pilots life slightly better and saving the company money, i.e more efficient scheduling. But instead, they want to sell THAT to us as a benefit? And then ‘balance’ that benefit out with concessions? They are going to have BL do their job for free regardless of the TA passing. If that 5h JM isn’t a big deal, then why did the company want it? |

If they ever get the training department figured out staffing wouldn’t be an issue.

As far as training? The are 30 more CA slot that just opened up in the current bid.... plus we are losing critical instructors right now and soe right now. |

Couple people from my class only had a 2 week wait for sims and others are going on 6 weeks and still waiting.
