First off, I'd like to point out very clearly that I never said I hated it here. I'm VERY close to upgrade and have an awesome sch'd every month. Awesome for PDT standards that is. ALSO I assure you I am not just *****ing about it. I'm sure you're smart enough to read between the lines on that one. There are much better options for somebody with 700+ hours.

There's a nearly-300 page "PDT News and Rumors" thread with years worth of information about the company. Grab a beer (or a 12-pack) and read through this if you want a good look into what life there is like. Then, everything said on this thread, positive and negative, will make sense.
Gouges on aviationinterviews.com and willflyforfood will give you a good lead on what is contained in the interview. Reading some of those will reveal that the Piedmont interview is like everything else there; it hasn't changed in a decade (at least).
RANT: I can't stand it when people come on here and post stuff like, "What is the interview like?" Go do some legwork and research like the rest of us, then come back with specific questions about what you want to know. For a company like PDT, there are a multitude of gouges online, and posts and discussions on this forum about this very topic. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think if you come on here with specific questions, you will get much better answers than the "Don't do it" and "this place sucks" that we see so often. /RANT.

From my class (end of the 07 hires), they are still 50+ from upgrade. Most everyone before 11/2007 hires have the 250+PIC. It's MOSTLY the guys after.
Sure it's nice to have guys under you, but at what cost (to them)?

I'm surprised at 17, I thought it was 12 (ahead of my former seniority), but then again, as popular (or more likely infamous
) as I was around that place, I didn't know everyone.

The point remains the same.
Best of luck at Eagle.
