Sad to see how piloting skills have become so commoditized but it's inevitable. Sad to hear that after six years a pilot there barely makes 50k.
Do they type-rate using a recognized training provider? (CAE or FSI) and is there a training contract?

I suspect you left out the ''t' at the end of can. I would be surprised if I hear back after I replied and reiterated my salary & training requirements.

P.S. The entire purpose of the seniority system and our CBAs is to make this profession a commodity.

Sorry that this have nothing to with the previous threads, just looking for help.
Hello there, Im new to those threads and need some guidelines, got hired by PDT and I'm going to training in few weeks. I was going to the 3 tests i have to prepare before classes and I read mostly all the books, but I have hard time finding most answers. Anyone going to training in a few weeks please PM and we can work together on this, or for anyone who is already been to class, what was your techniques or advises in this AQP.
Thank you.
