Uhh, yeah...I felt like that was pretty obvious. Anybody who is flying for Piedmont has an FAA medical (which includes a hearing test) and is subject to random drug screening. So...you just show up for class.

How's the recruitment going at Piedmont now that you have a direct flow?

There were 5 of us altogether interviewing this past Thursday... 4 got offers, 1 did not. Everything was pretty straight forward. I'd say of us 4, 2 will likely show up to class. I'm still on the fence but will likely accept a January class date. One guy was there from PSA who apparently had a bad experience with the training. The other two were ex-121/135 with years of experience and thousands of hours. Most seemed to think Piedmont was a good company to be at.

No one (including the recruiter) seemed to think PDT would be getting 175s.

I looked back a bunch of pages and couldn't find info on the pay rates for 44-50 seat jets. Does anyone have that info, or has that not even been negotiated yet?

Thanks
