Default New Reserve Rules

Is there anything in writing yet about the new reserve rules?

Also, if displaced to LCR, does the first out last out request apply?

Just to clarify, does FIRST OUT mean "First to be off duty" or "First to be called to go out on a trip"?

Same with "LAST OUT"?

If you don't want to be called when displaced to LCR, what is the proper designation to select?

First out/Last out is about being called to fly. First out to fly. Last out to fly.

Rumor is the LOA will be signed this month and according to the DO who negotiated for the company and not the pilots, the new rules are so good that he’d bid reserve if he flew the line.

So if signed in April, when would the effective date of the LOA be? May? June?

Does this LOA also cover pay, or is that something totally different?

Excuse the ignorant newbie.

I flew with a Captain rep from our Union and he said no.

I personally and along with a lot of us think pay rates will be negotiated with the PBS LOA.

The company wants PBS ASAP. However, Union wants to make sure they have a large percentage of control over it. Any pay increase will most likely be tied with PBS introduction.
Classes are also full. Hence, besides introduction of PBS, company has no incentive to give us pay raises.

How are the reserve rules at the other WO? Better or worse than ours?

Piedmont is pushing for DEC's and that huge bonus might be worth it.

does anybody know specifics about the new reserve rules? like what would make them so good?

Current 121 guy here with 1000+ 121 time looking to make a change. PSA is enticing but since I'd apply for CA upgrade asap I'm sure I'd be sitting reserve for a long while.... If PSA's reserve rules are great it would probably help me make the switch.
