Still no word on a technical interview for me. Did the HR Wednesday the 24th.

In the same boat here. My icims shows 2 applications now, assuming one of them is airline apps probably

The 24th is when I did the HR and the email was the congrats you have successfully completed the HR interview we will be in contact shortly for further steps.

Had my technical interview Monday of this week. Thought I did great on it. 1550 TT, no failures, 4 year degree, ATP-CTP done on my own. Got the TBNT as well.

Yeah, I'm baffled to be honest. I wish I got a reason for their decision. But, its definitely really competitive right now it seems.

How much multi-time do you have? Wonder if that is possibly tied to anything...

What was the technical like for you? I’m not sure if they tailor it to people with more experience (ATP/121 time) or not. I’m just about right where you are.

Im sitting at almost the same exact time with 500 hours of 135.

Human resources will never ever give you any sort of clue about why they make their decision. Doesn’t matter if you marched in there naked with a swastika tattoo on your forehead. Giving people information just sets them up for lawsuits.

But I think everyone is operating with a logical fallacy here that if you do great on the technical interview you will move forward to the next step. They may well have offered 100 technical interviews for 20 slots.
