Reserve and upgrade times are unpredictable. Some people with over a year on payroll are reserve, but keep in mind the COVID hiring freeze stagnated progress in all respects. I saw months of reserve at my last company -in the pre COVID pilot shortage era- despite being promised a line out of IOE. Everywhere will have some reserve, and I doubt it’ll be predictable at all. Reserve is a rough experience no matter the company, and especially for commuters. 3 year FOs are bidding to upgrade now, that timeframe will shrink as the majors start hiring and pull Captains from regionals again.

Dayton is the senior base and is likely to stay that way. Philly apparently doesn’t have a lot of action or good crashpad options for sitting reserve. DC has good lines and decent pads, CLT is flying about 60% of total operations so that’s where most of the flying is and crashpads are good there too. DC and CLT were identified as the junior bases.

Has anyone else gotten the email after the video interview saying “we’ll get in touch with you regarding next steps”? Not sure if that means I passed or not, curious to hear what others have got and how long it took to either get the TBNT or date for the next interview.

I got the same email immediately after submitting the HR Interview. So I think that is just automatic. According to one of the other guys who just did his technical this morning, they’re quite busy with a bunch of resumes. Sounded like he did his hr Monday and received a call Wednesday to do the technical today. I would say we will start hearing back on Monday about scheduling the technical. I submitted my HR interview Wednesday with another guy and we haven’t heard back yet.

Sounds good, keep us updated if you get the call for the technical. Did my HR yesterday so not expecting anything until at least mid next week I would assume.

My icims now has 2 lines, one that says "application submitted" with an update date of yesterday and another that says "assessment emailed" with an update date of the day I submitted the video screen. Previously it had just been the assessment emailed line ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yeah I would think Monday at the soonest for me to get the call.

FWIW after I submitted my HR video my icims status changed to "Assessment Emailed" with a last update date of the day I submitted the video. Looks like either last night or this morning it was updated and now there's a second line that says "Application Submitted" with an update date of yesterday. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Has anyone done the video interview and recieved the TBNT? Or does everyone do the technical as well

I applied via airline apps and haven’t received anything back. A few buddies did get a video interview email after applying on PSA website. Has anyone gotten through via airline apps? I’ve heard to apply via both but that goes against everything I’ve ever done in my professional career.
