No. It means AA does not have to use its cash any more to pay for operating costs, just the COVID specific items. And with their strong cash position, they are on a good path to recovery.

I’m really frustrated as I applied via airline apps in March and got an automated reply saying thank you for your application but never heard anything else. I am 99% sure that the application did not actually go through. I only applied directly via the website on March 28. I’m pretty much convinced that airline apps is a piece of trash. I haven’t gotten any emails about any kind of flight time verification or HR interview or video screening. I’m wondering if I blew my one chance.

They have a ton of applications and it is taking awhile to hear anything. I was told they are hiring 70 a month until August per the recruiter. I did the video app on 3/24 and still have yet to hear back for the technical. I was told they only had a few people to view all of this. So grain of salt but this is what a recruiter told me. Hope it helps

I also submitted HR on 3/24 and am still waiting :/

With the hiring machine starting to pick back up, would it be safe to assume DAY will start to go junior again?

As the company expands, DAY will likely become more junior for FO’s. It will be senior captain-side for years

I know it's probably a dumb question, but what about CLT? Jumping into the airlines and being based out of there would make it so much easier on my family.

Asking, but still haven't seen any emails from them yet.
