Here's my timeline, hoping that it may help a few folks.

Submitted application 3/13
Received email for HR video screen 3/18
Completed HR video screen 4/4
Received phone call to schedule technical 4/19
Technical interview done today 4/21

Interview was straightforward, pilot recruiter was laid back, clear and concise. Very nice experience overall. They are giving answers with CJO within 24 hours usually.

Happy to help anybody who has questions about the interview. Study the gouge on aviationinterviews.com and you'll do great.

Congrats! Interesting your HR was a good few days after mine and you're done already. Wonder if I was passed up then.

That's what I'm leaning towards, how are the trips out of there?

And for those waiting I would continue to be patient, from what I was told there's only a pair or so of Captains able to do technicals at the moment.

Applied to PSA online via their website 3/15. Received the ‘additional documents’ email 3/25 and sent in hours.
Just got this today:

“Thank you for taking the time to apply for First Officer our position. We have reviewed your qualifications and have decided not to move forward with your candidacy. We appreciate the time you’ve taken to share your background and experience with us.”

Just wanted to congratulate the folks who’ve been selected and wish the best to all - things seem very competitive so congrats to all who’ve been selected and best luck of luck 🙏🙏

Funny. It’s people leaving above you that gets you a line. Or more flying. But oriole below you won’t help you get a line.

Yea, the elimination of 35X really is a game changer. The amount of BS decreases significantly being on a jet bridge for both the pax and crew.

I want the base to grow back to how it was originally pre covid hence the come to dca remark. They send new hires to dca it should hopefully mean more flying there.

seems they are passing on a very qualified and well rounded applicant. I am very sorry. Also, as a former XJT guy, they should give some preference as a company that went under. Is PSA ALPA? just seems bad form. Who is getting picked up? KEEP THE APPS going! Don’t loose motivation, you’ll get picked up somewhere!
