Attrition is a major problem, but they have no intention of actually doing anything about it. Also our performance is at the bottom of all the AA regional carriers.
The LOA's offered to Piedmont and Envoy confirm that any improvements will be tied to PBS which has very little chance of passing a pilot vote.
It'll be a really ****ty summer.

The ceo stated that attrition is a major problem, they will not offer any solutions to the problem. The company will shrink indefinitely, all signs point to a merger within 12 months. We are a regional airline, we have hit the limit on anything regarding pay or any other incentives to remain as a pilot on property. We expect you to come here and get your time and move on. We are okay with that position, and AA will support us 100% in that regard. There is a market for us, our flying is needed to support AA and we will continue to do so in any form we can via 10 airplanes or 90 airplanes. This was what was stated on the town hall from reading between the lines of what the CEO was actually saying. The forecast doesn't look good for PSA pilots.

btw, allegedly, Air Wis just raised their year 1 FO pay to $52.06 which is exactly the same as our year 1 FO pay.
