What's to fix about overblocking your wallet ?
I get it, it used to **** me off how inept they are but then I decided its not my job number one and number two I probably averaged 0.5 hr overblock if not more (never tracked it) per trip. Oh no, more money for me !

The best is landing the center runway after always being denied when asked so you can land earlier and catch your commute. Then sit on Mike taxiway for 30 min and watch your commute home pushback and fly away. Even better coming in from the East expecting to land 18L/36R and being broke off to land on the other side of the airport and vectored to Columbia to join final.. don’t miss those days.

And the next secret would be to requesting a gate no where near the alley or the gates under the CPs office. Parking lot patty sending you to the north hard stand. FLL is even worse if you guys ever get on somewhere flying there.

Nothing really to add, save that I'd imagine there's a bunch of RTP pilots that wish the company wasn't using that pilot's face to sell their ATP program. I never met him personally (may he RIP), but my understanding is he was VERY highly regarded as an RTP recruiter and helped a lot of guys out.
As opposed to what the company is doing to current FOs.....

Can you expand on High Experience Bonus…
There are a couple bonuses for High Experience…600 or 1,000 hours of qualified time…does PSA include 135 time in this or is it only 121 time?
Any feedback from those who can see the contract details would be appreciated!
Cheers!

There is a $10,000 high experience bonus. You need 600 hours PIC or SIC part 121 or part 135. It is paid out upon upgrade. I haven't seen it advertised much for PSA specifically, but when I was sent the agreement I was happy to see it on there as I was a prior 135 PIC/SIC.

Question from a potential DEC.
I am interviewing tomorrow for a DEC position. I have read this entire thread. Plus some. I understand what I’m getting into. I am coming from Mesa. 20+ years at Mesa to be exact. Bash away or whatever you want. I have my reasons for considering this. I understand the friction that can be generated with pilots who may not be happy about me being there. Like I said. I have my reasons for getting out of Mesa after all this time. If anyone else in here comes from there. Especially recently. They’d likely understand. Which. Any former Mesa people I’d like to ask about your experience.
if anyone has time I’d really like to get some info about the second interview. Seems the info they sent was very straightforward.
