Jealous, no. Pi$$ed, yes.
You guys don't have a CBA so to speak. Your next "negotiations" will not follow the same rules.

People will forget all right...up until they enter Section 6 and their company slaps your CBA down in front of their negotiators and says "We need that -1%".

Because that's how pattern bargaining works...

You don't work for an airline. You have no dog in this.

So you can stop worrying about "pattern bargaining."

FWIW most of the regional guy Ive talked to while JSing....or the other way around are more of the school of thought that "thats a really s@%$ situation for you guys."

I haven't met a "GFY" guy yet. There have been some JS denials here and there though.

All the mainline types I've talked to were shocked we even had an 18 year scale to begin with.

I guess we know which way you voted..... I am willing to bet you claim you voted no when the time comes to ask for the JS

Apparently you haven't read the rest of this thread.....Or any of the recent PSA threads. I'm glad you have such a strong opinion on this thing when you have no clue what you are talking about.

Have a nice night.

I have plenty of an idea. You guys sold out and took concessions for the possibility of 30 airplanes...

I didn't sell out. I voted no. I'm probably lying though.

I also don't give one flying f@&% what you think about me, or my friends and colleagues here at PSA. People made their decision. I don't think it was the right one but people have their own reasons and I'm not going to hold it against them for it. It took me a couple days to realize this, maybe you will too.

Remember next time you want to try to flex your muscles on a JS for a PSA guy that there is a better than 50% chance that the guy you are stopping from getting to work or going home to his wife didn't vote yes.

Hey Pagey, please don't let Slats speak for all of us at Skywest. And my apologies for the childish rudeness on these boards. I cant stand what's happened over at PSA and the industry in general. Throwing hate around though isn't the way to fix anything. We as an industry just can't keep lowering the profession, it hurts everyone. The only thing I can do is try and educate people who don't understand and do everything possible to not let this continue at my airline. Though I must admit its going to get a lot tougher.. Where's that call from mainline?! I wish you and all our fellow aviators the best, we really are all in this together.

Now here's a typical cool, happy skw pilot. I thought slats worked for Mesa or endeavor by the way he acts on this board.

Thanks.

The point of my earlier post before slats wanted to be a tough guy was that the stuff thats happening here on this board is relatively isolated outside of this environment(anonymous internet toughness)

Regards.
