Keep in mind that we just signed our current contract in April of 2013, so after the contractual annual pay raises are through (April 2017) the rates will be:

1. 67.81
2. 69.80
3. 71.92
4. 74.08
5. 76.27
6. 78.59
7. 80.14
8. 82.54
9. 85.05
10. 87.57
11. 90.19
12. 92.89
13. 95.71
14. 98.57
15. 100.78
16. 103.05
17. 105.37
18. 107.74

I'm sure I don't need to remind you that anyone who is not above year 12 today will never go above $92.89 courtesy of our TA. That part of the scale is there for the lifers.

For every airplane over 49 the rates increase $0.03

Thanks. Looks like 30 900's
I see 40-50 pilots a month. How many pilots total are they expecting to hire?

We are at 730ish. We need at least 900. But I hear the they will continue to hire for at least the next year. I will assume hiring will slow only because qualified applicants are few and far. Attrition is expected to be between 50-100/year. With 40 of those going to AA/US Airways.
