Someone posted on another thread that PSA is now conducting interviews over the phone.

If you are currently employed and flying for XJT, PSA will do a phone interview.

Sounds like someone is having a hard time attracting new pilots?

Actually, no we are not. We are making it easy for highly qualified pilots at XJT to come to PSA.

Fixed it for ya. While you're at it, look for some "highly qualified" recruiters too.

Just wondering what makes XJT pilots so much more qualified to work at PSA than another regional?

Why would a highly qualified pilot at XJT go to PSA? And please don't use the new airplanes and "quick upgrade" as a sales pitch. Been there, heard that before, done that.

So, please, tell me what makes PSA better, and why should someone give up their current seniority and pay at XJT and start over at PSA?

The Mesa guys already love phone interviews, fly for low wages, and have CRJ900 experience. You think they'd be all over them instead.

That was the dumbest correction ever... Sorry that wasn't even a correction. You've made it "less professional" by utilizing apostrophes.

And nobody's forcing anyone to come to PSA.
