I have a little over 1100 hours right now and it would take about another 5 months before I hit 1500 hours or 1475. The website says I should apply within 3 months of getting the minimums for immediate employment but I was wondering if it I would hear back for an interview if I applied online now. And insight would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I saw a few pages back that someone mentioned telephone interviews for previous 121 guys. Anyone have any details on how involved that interview is? Are they asking the same questions from the gouge over the phone? Also, how is seniority determined within each new hire class? Last 4 of social or age? Thanks guys.

The last I heard, the phone interview is no longer offered. As far as seniority goes within your new hire class, it is based on your date of birth.
